How to Enter. During the Promotion Period, follow the rules mentioned in the promotional content(s)/Tweet/Fb post/Youtube video. Most entries require at least a follow, retweet, like or mention/ watch video/ Reff friends/ visit links/ etc. Following @cyberianpk on Twitter may be required to be eligible to enter this Promotion. You must be an active holder of a non-private Twitter account to be eligible to enter this Promotion (i.e., you must make sure your tweets are set to “public” and not “private”). If you do not have a Twitter account, you can create one by visiting twitter.com. Twitter accounts are free.
Start/End Dates. Promotion begins when the tweet is posted and ends at the date and time mentioned in the promotional tweet(s).
Eligibility. Sponsor and any other Twitter accounts mentioned in the tweet are not eligible to enter. Entrants must have at least one of the following payment services: Cash App,, BTC, or ETH or XRP. Or whatever is noted as the payout method in the giveaway. Accounts that appear opportunistic, have automated behavior, and/or have a very low native tweet/reply to retweet ratio, regardless of any contest drawing software indicating otherwise, may not be eligible to win. Multiple accounts and/or entries will not be accepted. Please do not repeatedly post near-duplicate updates or duplicate links in order to enter contests. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
Submission Guidelines. By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees that entrant’s Submission conforms to the rules outlined in the promotional tweet(s) and that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may remove any Submission and disqualify an entrant from the Promotion if it believes, in its sole discretion, that the entrant’s Submission fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions.
Random Drawing/Odds. Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received by end of promotion mentioned in the promotional tweet(s). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing. Drawing will be conducted by Sponsor. By entering the Promotion, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Winner(s) validity will at the sole discretion of Sponsor and must have a low percentage of giveaway retweets in their timeline.
Prize. Winner(s) will receive the prize mentioned in the promotional tweet(s). All taxes and unspecified expenses are the responsibility of the winner(s).
Notification. Potential winner(s) will be notified immediately after the drawing via Twitter direct message if a payment service is not present in winner(s) bio (Note: In order to receive such direct message, potential winner(s) (a) has to be following @cyberianpk and (b) may have to have his/her Tweet Privacy settings “unchecked”). Potential winner(s) will be required to respond to Sponsor within one (1) calendar day in order to claim their prize or it will be forfeited
Conditions. Name of Winner(s). The Twitter URL of the promotional tweet can be used to validate most drawings on contest drawing software unless otherwised mentioned in the promotional tweet(s).
